Questions from tax firms
Does Littletug meet confidentiality requirements?
Littletug is a data processor, and the servers are in Germany. You agree the confidentiality obligation under § 203 StGB with the data processing agreement (AVV) in your account.
Can clients upload from their phone?
Yes. The upload page runs in the phone's browser. Photos of receipts can be picked straight from the camera.
How much fits into one upload?
Up to 10 GB per upload, also as lots of small files. Files stay in your Littletug account until you delete them.
How do the files get into my practice software?
You download them from your Littletug account and file them as usual. There is no direct integration at the moment.
